Q: Is there daily housekeeping?
A: No, but it is available for an additional fee.
Q: How far is it to grocery stores,
dining, shopping, etc.?
A: Less than one mile.
Q: Do you have to check in on a weekend?
A: No you don't, check-in can be varied
depending on availability.
Q: Are the cottages air conditioned?
A: Yes
Q: Are you open year round?
A: Yes.
Q: Are towels and linens furnished?
A: Yes
Q: Are the cottages non-smoking?
A: Yes
Q: What is the size of the property?
A: 2 1/2 acres
DEPOSITS:
30 days or less: $100 (To be applied to rent) 31 days or more: 50% of monthly rental
CANCELLATIONS:
30 day stay or less: 14 days prior to reservation date. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days.
Cancellation Fee of $25 on any reservation.
No refunds for early departures
31 day stay or more: 45 days prior to reservation date.
Forfeit 50% of deposit if cancellation less than 45 days
Any changes in reservations may also result in an additional administration fee.
PET POLICY:
DOGS 30 pounds and under are allowed with prior approval. SORRY, we do not take cats.
There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee. ALL PETS MUST BE ON FLEA PROGRAM

1. Dogs left alone must be crated and excessive barking could
lead to corrective action.
2. Pets must be on a leash.
3. You must clean up after your pet.
